Neighbour strapped trampoline to garden shed, is it compliant?

Woke up to an interesting sight the other day, a neighbour strapped a trampoline to their garden shed, supposedly to save space in their garden. It's an eyesore to say the least, spanning around 6-8 metres above ground. Is it even permitted/compliant from a local authority standpoint?
