Cintiq 27 Pro heating issue [URGENT]

Problem

Hi, I bought a Cintiq Pro 27 two weeks ago and today is the last day I can return it and I want to understand if mine is faulty in any way.

When it's in use, even like 5 minutes after turning it on, the bottom corners get hot to the touch. If I rest my hand there I can feel it. The top corners and the rest of the tablet is cold. You can hear the fans but they are not too loud. To me it seems that the top fans do work better.

I changed the refresh rate to 60Hz and it does not get as hot as before, but I'm gonna use the Cintiq for animation and I don't know if it's gonna be an issue?

Other things I've noticed:

  1. Two times my laptop could not recognize the screen and I had to unplug the wacom and plug it again (I use only the usb port) while on (if off it didn't work).
  2. It ALWAYS lags for at least a second when I click on the first monitor and then click with the pen on the wacom.
  3. Sometimes it detected hover as a touch or one touch as two, it happened a lot like when deleting layers and like I click one time to delete one and it ends up deleting two, but maybe I was doing things too fast?
  4. Shoelace lines on Photoshop but it happened to me before so at this point I think it's just a windows issue.

And that's all. The rest seems perfect, I have 0 backlight bleed and no dead pixels, so I was scared of returning it and ending up with something worse..

What were your experiences with the Cintiq Pros? Do you know something else I can check or problems you had where you had to return it? Do you think keeping it at 60Hz is okay or should I just return it to be sure? Thank you if you can help!!
