PART 2: Wendi & Dan's Divorce filings

In building on my previous post, I am sharing additional records from the divorce case. Please note there are some redactions to remove things like addresses, names and details of the children, etc.

• January 22, 2013 - Wendi's Financial Affidavit
• Feb. 20, 2013 - Dan's Answer to Wendi's Amended Petition / Objection to Wife's request to Relocate w/ Children
• Feb. 26, 2013 - Order by the Court requiring 'Expedited Mediation' * Note: between end of Feburary and May there was a Mediation conference, notice to take depos of Wendi and Dan (by each other's attorneys). This is why there appears to be a lull in filings during this time, but things were still moving forward.
• May 02, 2013 - Dan's Memorandum of Law in support of his Answer & Motion to Dismiss Wendi's Petition to Relocate
• May 06, 2013 - Dan's Financial Affidavit
• May 06, 2013 - Dan's Motion to enforce Parental Agreement & for Electronic access to minor children
• May 09, 2013 - Notice of Impasse (Parties went to Mediation and reached an impasse 'on all issues'
• May 16, 2013 - Notice of taking Deposition on Donna
• May 30, 2013 - Notice of cancellation of Donna's deposition
• June 04, 2013 - Wendi's response to Husband's Notice to Produce (records and responses that Dan and his attorney requested)

The next set of documents contain Wendi's attempt to argue again for why she needs to be allowed to relocate with the children, Dan's response to that, Depositions from one of Wendi's friends, someone from the children's school, and then the Court signing several Orders - the ones denied Wendi's petition to relocate and denied Dan's motion to dismiss. I will get those uploaded and linked ASAP.
