Nightmare dog or just dog?

i have a beagle- yup should i just end it there? very typical beagle behavior is what i deal with all day. baying and barking constantly until i feel my temples throbbing. constantly stealing my things (clothes, shoes, hair clips etc.) and digging in the trash can for any scrap of food edible or not. i just wanted to say, i didn’t anticipate this particular dog to be such a headache when i spent countless hours researching and even meeting her beforehand. i don’t plan on giving up on her but man, i am exhausted. thanks for reading.
