Problem receiving 2FA SMS, it simply doesn't arrive at all even after trying several times

I'm trying to log into the Business Manager system to pay a debt from one of my ads that didn't go through properly on my card, and I'm not receiving any SMS to use for authentication. I tried adding another authentication method, but for that I also need an SMS. Do you know what I can do?
