Originally dissatisfied but now extremely excited for the amount of doors opened

I was a bit upset at first with the lack of more physical and deep wenclair but watching it and understanding the depth of it I honestly couldn’t be more excited to see because now we have so much doors opened for the next season I mean yes they did scrap the two hugs that Enid and Wednesday were supposed to have but I feel like Enid being canon alpha and the “you are my pack Wednesday” and the “ I have no problem hunting you down” line with the season ending with Wednesday and fester going on a trip to save Enid honestly makes up for it and the body swap completely because yes there wasn’t any physical between them much the emotional standpoint that they just set for the show it’s like hitting a bullseye when it comes to setting the stage for future wenclair the ao3 manifestations really hit the target on this one.
