I dropped an empty glass on top of my computer case and upon impact everything froze, now after I hard reset it, it is looping turning on and off.

I opened the case and took out the RAM and put it back it but to no avail. I tried pushing all the connections in and it still isn’t fully booting up. It turns on for about a second the shuts down for around 3 seconds then tries to turn back on and repeat.
