Should I add new job to resume?

Hi all, in May I left my company of 3 years for a new role. As the months have gone on I now realize that this new role is just not what I thought it would be and is a terrible fit for me. So I have started applying for jobs again.

Should I include this job on my resume even though I have only been here since May? I am nervous about looking like I am job hopping. Before being at that company for 3 years, I had only been with the job I left for a little over a year.
