I truly believe Wendi manipulated the murder into fruition.

Listening to Wendi’s attorney and their expert I’m even more convinced Wendi manipulated this whole murder into fruition. There was absolutely zero reason for Wendi to keep sharing all Dan’s emotional filings that had no merit and were unenforceable with Donna. She was just rilling Donna up more and more with each one knowing they meant nothing and nothing was going to change.

Dan was out of cards. It was settled. He could submit however many motions he wanted, it was pretty much over in the courts eye. He would have to prove a major change in circumstances or Wendi unfit to make any major changes to the court settlement. It was over.

As a lawyer Wendi knew that. But she still kept feeding Donna a steady stream of fuel to stoke more hatred of Dan and letting Donna respond with more outrageous stuff all the time knowing the lawyer wouldn’t use any of it & she never complained much according to the lawyer.

She knew she was pushing them more towards the only option left to save her. She knew all the right buttons to push. Just like Donna knew just how to convince Charlie what needed to be done and Harvey why it needed to be done. Dan was draining them dry on worthless motions and ripping Wendi off. The only thing Harvey cares about is his money. Wendi watched her mom her whole life. She learned from the pro and then manipulated them all.

Once the murder was done she immediately told police about her brother’s hitman joke and her mother’s hatred of Dan, planting the seed and setting the ball in motion for their future arrests. Then she lawyered up and moved away never speaking again. She never discussed things on email or the phone and kept silent knowing Donna and Charlie can’t keep their mouth shut. She knew she was clean & left no direct evidence to connect to her.

Now she could possibly be the last one standing. Harvey won’t be around long even if he remains free. Harvey’s always been controlled by Donna and Wendi knows she can manipulate him too. She’s been doing it for years. He’s not an obstacle in her life. Soon she can inherit it all.

She’s free, she finally has her overbearing mom off her back. She has her boys and she’s erased Dan. She’s finally got her own life. She’s free.

Wendi is a cunning and manipulative psychopath imo. I pray everyday she was overly confident and the state decides it has enough and indicts her and puts her on trial. I hope after this trial they are finally there. Dan, his sons and the Markel’s deserve justice.
