What do we all think about the Graham Linehan situation

If you dont know. This fella was arrested for making a trans joke on twitter in the UK. He was the creator of father ted and all he ever talks about is trans ppl and ppl who hate him. He may be a fucking idiot but the fact he was arrested kind of raises an eyebrow in terms of freedom speech. What do we all think? (I know people will think I'm tranphobic but I AM NOT, just want to know what people's opinion on this) Thank you for reading my first post on this sub (a really weird first post but still)
