Roof sprung a leak in February, still hasn't been fixed.

We got that badass snowstorm back in February and that packed a bit of snow on my roof. During the melt, it leaked into the mudroom and was dripping off of the lights. Since then we have taped over the light switches that run to those lights and haven't used them. The Landlords have known since, and have said they would come check it out twice. The first time they said they would "When the snow melts." Snow melted and nothing. The next time they said "When it gets warmer out." It's now September and they haven't even asked about anything. What are my options here?
