G70 overheating while not moving

So I’ve seen the other thread about this, but I’m going to ask for more clarification.

My 2022 launch edition is overheating when I am not moving, parked or at a red light for too long. But as soon as I start moving it cools down.

I can audibly hear the fan blowing loudly when I turn the car off and when I am stopped and my A/C works great until it starts to overheat and then my A/C gets hot.

I currently have 40,000 miles and hoping to find a simple answer
