Order Shipping Process

First time when ordered all went smooth received tracking number Next Day. [NOW THAT IM NOT A FIRST TIME BUYER]

I have been noticing my orders taking a long time to process even though Priority Shipping was bought with order. I find it obsurd wish customers would get a ETA/Reason due to delay. Communication with your [BUYING CUSTOMERS] Is Key.
