No luck copy trading

So, I have 2 combine accounts and I'm trying to copy trade them. I made 2 trades this morning, and one trade on the master account was about 4-5 points in profit and I pressed the "close" button. It isn't much profit, but I've been having problems with getting stopped out a lot so part of my trading plan this morning was to just collect profits at all cost without going into the red. When I closed out my trades, the master account went into profit and the follow account went negative. This actually happened twice. Now, it is telling me that account is breached when I didn't even hit the max drawdown 🤷🏽 any take on this?

Also, why do the positions take so long to close out when you hit that manual close button? Topstep X closes out your trades the moment you hit that X
