[TOMT] TV show/Video with the dialogue "Death doesn't discriminate between the sinners and the saints" but not from hamilton

I'm losing my mind about this dialogue. I remember the speaker says "It takes and it takes and it takes" with a pause between each "it takes". I can't remember if it's from a movie or a TV show or a Youtube video. For some reason the first thing that comes to mind is TV show Community but I'm not sure. I just realised it was a hamilton reference but now I don't remember who made it
