SURVIVORS WANTED | RSC80 Country Claims

For the first time in 80 seasons, Redditvision is excited to host Survivor South Africa. Over the next 31 days, 66 contestants will compete to Outwit, Outplay, and Outsing their fellow competitors in a game of strategy, singing, and stardom. 

All submission forms must be sent to the mod mail of r/redditvision_host, of which a link to send is below, with the Title of the message being “The tribe has spoken” for your application to be accepted. You only need to submit one, but due to a large number of applicants to our show, you should submit three countries.

Please note that we have already had 7 contestants get casted, so we only have room for 59 more contestants on RSC80.

Rules for this edition are as follows:

• NO view limit; 
• NO date restrictions;
• NO song length restrictions.

Schedule:

This is the tentative schedule for this edition! Changes may be made, but we hope to stick to the following dates.

• Country claims open: Wednesday, September 3rd
• Song subs: Thursday, September 4th-Thursday, September 11th
• Recap premiere: Saturday, September 13th
• Semi finals: Saturday, September 13th- Saturday, September 20th
• Qualifiers: Monday, September 22nd
• Grand final: Monday, September 22nd - Tuesday, September 30th
• Live show open: Wednesday, October 1st

Faceclaims:

Just like Redditvision, Survivor adaptations span multiple continents and countries. These faceclaims will open with your song submissions! So, please submit a list of your top three Survivor contestants you would like to represent you this edition (International versions included). These are first come, first serve! 

All deadlines can be assumed to be 23:59 CEST/5:59 PM EDT unless otherwise stated. 

Country Claiming will end Friday, September 5th at 1 PM EDT / 6 PM BST. So prepare your applications early. You'll have until the end of Song Submissions to send your face claim, so no rush on choosing who you want to represent you this edition. If you are unfamiliar with Survivor and would like Bolive to choose one he thinks represents you, that is also okay! If you do not have an idea yet when you send a song, you can also DM Bolive on Discord with your claim. If you have any questions, please feel free to message!
