Should I get these repairs done prior to trading in the car?

Question

I have 2017 Lexus IS with 80k miles. Recently went for routine maintenance at dealership and they recommended the following services:

-Mass air flow sensor service

-Automatic fluid transmission exchange

-Brake fluid exchange

-Rear differential service

-Serpentine belt replacement

They’re estimating ~$1300

So my situation is I’m looking to get a new Lexus Rx in the next couple months and planning to just trade in this car (don’t wanna deal with headache of selling privately). Should I get these repairs done or just trade in as is? If I should address this first, how much would this cost at an independent mechanic?
