My main m.2 suddenly stop working after updating windows

Hello guys, i have a big problem right now with my m.2 its 990pro samsung heatsink and my system is on it. The only thing i did last day is updating my windows and closing gpu acceleration, then i went to work and cameback to find my pc on the bios screen and my m.2 its not visible in the hard drives list. I really need help with this cuz i saved my important information on it.

My pc is

Ryzen 7 7800x3d

4070ti super

64gb rams

2 hdd , 1ssd , 3 m.2 (i have this pc for almost 2 years and everything is perfect)
