Cash advance before balance transfer

Can I take a cash advance before a balance transfer and transfer the whole thing? I'd like to take an advance before transferring to a zero percent interest for 15 months card and pay off my line of credit completely too so I'm paying zero interest. I know you pay immediate interest on the cash advance but it would be less than what I pay in 2 months on interest anyway. I know I'll have enough to pay off the total before 15 months are up and if I somehow didn't I could pay it off by putting it back on my line of credit which would still save me money in interest over the 15 months
