quartzite

hi I had stone installer seal our white macaubas quartzite and they used lithofin MN so a solvent based impregnator. I want to add additional coats as theres still stain/spots showing up so I think I need additional coats. Is it OK to use a different brand impregnator solvent sealer on top of the lithofin? If yes, which one? I was looking at akemi, tenax pro seal, stone tech, 511. If I can add another on top... Should I wipe with acetone first? thanks!
