Order Cancelled and Support doesn't know why

Rant

As a long-time Garmin customer, I was pleased to place an order for the Index S2 Scale and Index Blood Pressure Monitor. Shortly after receiving my order confirmation, however, I was surprised to receive another email stating that my order had been cancelled.

When I called the number provided, the representative I spoke with could not explain why the order was cancelled. She told me that if I tried again online, the system would likely cancel it once more, and that I would need to place the order through a product specialist. Unfortunately, I was transferred to a dead line. After leaving my number in the call-back system, I received a return call over an hour later from a specialist in the health and wellness division. He simply told me I would need to place another online order—despite the fact that I had just explained the system already cancelled my previous order and would likely do so again. He had no explanation for the issue, other than that the system “couldn’t verify my address,” which has never been a problem before.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and confusing, especially as someone who has been loyal to Garmin for over 25 years. I am currently wearing a Descent MK3 (which also came with ordering challenges), and I’ve owned no fewer than five Garmin wearables over the years. I even returned to Garmin recently after using an Apple Watch Ultra because Garmin better meets my current needs—but this recent experience has left me questioning that choice.

I would appreciate a clear explanation of why my order was cancelled and guidance on how I can actually purchase these products without running into the same issue again.

Does anyone know how to contact an actual person in Garmin other than product support or sales people?
