Looking for clown lessons (really!) for my 14-yr-old

My daughter is very interested in clowning, but I've had very little luck finding traditional clowning lessons available for her age bracket. Skills might include balloon art, stilt walking, juggling, and general clowning/body movement work. Think along the lines of Bill Irwin.

So far, I've looked at:

• O'Ryan O'Mazing: He seems to do only workshops for large groups. I reached out to him for a private class, but haven't heard back.
• UCB @ Bottlerocket: 18+ only
• Steel City Clown Brigade: Religious proselytizing
• Iron City Circus Arts/Pittsburgh Circus Center: More about aerial/acrobatics than traditional clowning.
• A few others only seem to have grade-school classes

So... do you know any non-serial-killing, mortal clowns with clearances who would be willing to teach an enthusiastic theater kid about the art of clowning?
