Epos Now Reviews: Legit Solution or Just Hype?

So I have been running a small café for about two years now, and one of the things that constantly slows me down is the till system. We started off with a very basic setup, basically just a cash drawer and a card reader but as we have grown, keeping track of stock, staff hours, and payments has turned into a headache. A few weeks back, another café owner I know mentioned they were using Epos Now and said it helped them streamline things. I looked it up, and of course, I found a mix of glowing Epos Now reviews and some pretty harsh ones, too. Some people say it’s the best all-in-one solution they’ve used, while others complain about subscription costs and support.

Now I am at that point where I do not want to waste money or sign up for something that turns into a burden. At the same time, if it can actually save me hours each week and make life easier for the staff, I’d consider it an investment. So I am curious for those of you who’ve used it, what’s the real story? Is Epos Now actually a legit solution for small businesses like mine, or is it just marketing hype? Would love to hear from anyone who’s been hands-on with it.
