nail tech in dc (builder gel)

hi everyone! :) i’ve been having trouble finding a nail tech that does builder gel. in dc proper would be preferable since im not close to a metro station. i feel like theres so few options in dc and all of the ones i’ve found/tried are pretty pricey and/or not the best service/work. i’m also down for an independent tech!
