Suddenly every other item I click on is an EBay or Poshmark listing!

This started the other night. I have learned how to spot ads that if I click they take me to an external link so easily avoid them. Now eBay and Poshmark sellers post on marketplace. When you open the link it will show one of those logos on the right side and have a disclaimer that Facebook might receives a portion of the sale but it looks exactly like a regular posting so no way to avoid like other ads.

Is there a way to stop this nonsense? If I want to order eBay or Poshmark items I go there! This could make marketplace a difficult place for buyers (as well as sellers since their items get lost in the mix) if there is no way to filter this out? Someone said change filter to local items only. I’ve always had it for items close to my location but these are basically advertisements so won’t filter out. Any suggestions how to minimize this?
