What to wear in Ireland in November?

Hi! Me and my girlfriend are spending a week in Dublin in November and I'm wondering what we should pack to accomodate for the weather? The thing I am most worried about is what type of jacket to bring (i.e should it be waterproof etc) we also plan to visit the cliffs of moher which I know can be rainy and windy! We plan on taking a few day trips but most of our time will be in Dublin. Any advice is helpful!
