Adderall XR - anyone feel an "oscillating" up-and-down feeling?

Whenever my Adderall XR takes effect, (usually an hour and a half after taking it) I usually feel an oscillating up-and-down sensation, a rapid kind that makes me feel excited and enthusiastic about completing my tasks for 15 seconds or so, and then it subsides just as quickly, then comes back again. It's not overwhelming or anything, but it feels odd because my feelings towards doing things are very different between the two mindsets.

I wouldn't call them mood swings, just slight changes in mindsets. One makes me see chores/tasks as a source of entertainment, the other makes me see them as a tedious obligation. Again, these oscillations last literal seconds.

I would try to write how I feel in my notes app when I'm feeling both sides of this and do my best to "remember" how I feel when I'm in that content, productive mood.
I'm just curious if anyone has experienced anything similar.
