Things I wish I could go back and tell myself before drinking ayahuasca as an integration coach and facilitator

🌿The truth is, the ceremony itself is just one piece. Integration is where the real work happens. Sometimes it feels like your whole life is unraveling afterwards, but that unraveling is the medicine doing her work.

  1. More medicine isn’t always better: one well-supported retreat can change your life.
  2. Not every vision is literal truth: discernment is everything.
  3. Safety matters: your nervous system has to feel supported to open.
  4. The container and facilitators are just as important as the medicine itself.
  5. Purging is part of the process: your body knows how to release what doesn’t serve.
  6. Respect dieta: what you do before, during and after impacts your experience
  7. If integration feels like your life is falling apart, the medicine is still working her magic.
  8. Healing won’t look like you expect: it unfolds over months and years.
  9. The medicine is a teacher, not a savior; don’t give your power away.
  10. The deepest work is remembering you already carry the wisdom inside.

✨Ayahuasca is not here to save you, she’s here to guide you back to your own wisdom. And the way you prepare, the people you sit with, and the tools you use afterwards make all the difference.

👉That’s why I created a free guide with the exact tools I give my clients to navigate ceremony and integration safely and powerfully.
