New build am making

I plan in using the Catedral Knight grratswrord again for my gameplay (i stoped playing for a long time and want to use It again)

But i Got the rapier and i remember ir has a parry and i feel like doing dual wielding streng (maybe with faith too as buffs) build, is It a good Idea or not?

I'll probably still do It Just for Fun and lols but am here to ask still for curiosity
