I just came back from the doctors and I cried on the way home

Today I went to the doctors about the chest pains that I’ve been having and before I even got seen by the doctor I had to run around the entire hospital to find out where I had to go because they moved my primary care doctor to another place in the hospital without me knowing and so I had to have a nurse show me where I needed to go and it was all really really overwhelming and because of that and more I cried on the way home in the uber because I feel so slow, I feel so mentally handicapped because of how badly my anxiety has gotten, I feel like an outcast and I cried so much and so bad that I accidentally peed on myself and peed my pants but don’t worry I got home before I did that, having anxiety this bad is really really embarrassing.
