What would be your pick for the next expansion/big update?

If you could decide what the theme of the next DLC or big uptade would be, what would it be? I would love something about "Her", but that might be the very last expansion. I could also see something like a Tar/Red Plane expansion, as those are probably the two factions with the most untapped potential right now.

For Updates I'd love something basic that affects all runs, like a skills 3.0, or some system were we can limit what items are in the item pool each run.
