“Extended” Breastfeeding (18m) - still losing hair?

DAE that is breastfeeding past 1 year still losing hair? My doctor checked my Iron and thyroid and other vitamins and apparently they’re all good but I’m still losing hair as much as you do 3mpp at 18mpp. They suspect it’s hormonal but don’t want to do anything about it, I’m told to stop breastfeeding or lose more hair. My hair was always very thick but I barely have anything left.

Anyone else have this issue in the past or now?
