Map rotation sensitivity

Whenever I try to rotate map using RMB map spins super fast. Also when I add a new waypoint even the slightest barely noticeable movement of my mouse make the whole map to twitch that results in marker placing in the random wrong spot. It's really annoying. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
