Possible Fix For Not Getting Custom License Plates (No Linked Account error and Not getting the plate in game)

For 2 years I'd not been able to create custom plates because I would either get the "error no account linked" or if I managed to get past that, I would get the message in game to collect the plate but when I got they're the plate wasn't there! I recently came back to the game after 9 months and still had the issue! Contacting support was just 4 days of frustrating back and forth getting a reply from a different person for every response with basically the same "try this" even after I told them 18 times I had tried everything! Then sitting last night I found the fix for one issue and then accidentally found the fix to the second issue - by driving into LS Customs too soon before the message popped up!

*When you get that error of "no linked account" instead of clicking on "link account" - press on your profile picture on the top right and wait a few seconds! The error should go away (it's like opening that profile character panel somehow makes the creator recognise your character and account is linked) And you should have access to the plate creator!

*Then if your having problems where you get the message in game that you have a order to collect at LS Customs, but you get they're and there's no order! Instead of waiting for that message - go into a new session and wait outside LS Customs, then create your custom plate and when you press on "confirm" to confirm the order, drive into LS Customs straight away, don't wait on the message saying it's available to get!

I've repeated making a plate several times and if I wait on the message I go to LS Customs and the plate isn't there - but if I make the plate and then drive into LS Customs a couple seconds after I confirm the order on the custom plate creator, the order with the plate is there! If you get it to work the first time and then not again I think going into a fresh session (I did invite only) helps refresh everything!

After 2 years of trying everything and countless times being infuriated with trying to get help from support, I'm finally able to create custom plates and because I had created a new character a while back I didn't even have my old custom plates, where now they've also synced over to my game after I was able to receive the one I made last night! So hopefully this helps someone else having the same issue, I know from trying to find fixes that there's a lot of people with the same problem! So I want to know if this just somehow fixed my game or if it's a universal fix for other!
