Is anyone here going through a similar situation?
So I'm 16 and I live with my brother, father, mother and grandmother. Over time I started realizing that my grandmother was 2 faced. She was the one offering us food and she accidentally called my mother and my mother heard her saying she was 'mean'. Saying that my mother couldn't even get this food item for her when she literally has 9 kids(one is dead). My mother isn't married to my father and she doesn't have a high paying job. My grandmother would always peek at everybody's food. If she was outside and heard someone in the kitchen she would instantly find an excuse to go in there. She keeps asking if I ate and what did I eat. I'm 16 and I don't need anyone asking me what did I eat. She examines every food item and would tell my mother that I ate alot of the chicken. My mother had to shut her down multiple times and say let them eat what they want. She COUNTS the food. She even called me greedy before but she didn't know that I heard. Keep in mind I'm 5'4 weighing 140lbs now just because I have curvy lower body. I'm not fat. She also would tell people that my mother was going crazy because of the other women that her son had. Yes my father isn't loyal and he messed up my mom's view in terms of love and instead supporting the female or maybe just avoiding it she decided to talk bad about her. She's a very judgemental person who in her childhood was 'fast'. She doesn't talk about her past but I know everything. I have nothing but hate towards her and it never used to be this bad. I really don't blame myself. Every interaction with her hurts my soul. Imagine living in a home where you aren't comfortable and people keep on sharing your business. This lady even had something negative to say about a woman who decided to come forward and talk about how her father abused her. She said why did she decide to say that now. As a teenager this is taking a toll on my mental health and everyday I just think about life away from this house. I'm trying my best to cope but I still feel bad about it.
