Need tips for naturally inducing labor
My midwife said they'd like to induce between 39-40 weeks to prevent baby from getting to big and avoid complications like shoulder distocia, excessive tearing, needing a c-section etc. She said to start trying anything and everything to induce labor naturally. So far I've been pumping and using an exercise ball. I've yet to try curb walking and sex, but those are next on my list. I've heard dates, pineapple, and raspberry leaf tea can help when it comes to actually being in labor, but not necessarily inducing. I'm not seeking medical advice because I know none of these methods are guaranteed and baby will come when she's ready, but I'm desperate and I'll try just about anything that's considered safe
