Unable to login due to meta/Facebook loop. Serial code unable to verify product.

Hello, today I purchased a quest 3 from best buy and have been unable to login to my old 2022ish account from the quest 2. Whenever I try to login it says my account is linked to a VR account and the login with Facebook to link them. I login to Facebook and it says the email is already used in a VR account and just sends me back to the login. Support won't even let me open a ticket I just get the error message : We couldn't find a device with the verification info provided. What do I do?
