Parking tips for Gators vs Aggies at Kyle Field (College Station 10/11/25)

hey figured i'd share some parking advice for the florida game since i've done the kyle field chaos more times than i can count. it can be a real headache if you don't have a plan.

honestly the easiest thing i've found recently is this site called prked. people who live right by kyle field rent out their driveways and garage spots. it's way cheaper than the official lots and you can book a spot thats just a short walk from the stadium. this lets you skip most of the insane traffic jam right around kyle field and you're not fighting thousands of other cars for the same few garage spots.

if you want to go the official route, you can try to get a pass from the 12th Man Foundation but those are mostly for season ticket holders. your best bet for official parking is to pre-pay for a spot using the parkmobile app. you can get spots in places like the Cain Garage or West Campus Garage, but they sell out fast and can be pricey. there's also some pay-on-arrival lots scattered around, like near the Bush Library or over on Agronomy Road, but you have to get there super early.

a really solid option is to park somewhere farther away and take a shuttle. there's a great free shuttle that runs from downtown bryan, starting at the Clara B. Mounce Public Library. it runs from three hours before the game to an hour after. this is probably the most stress-free option if you don't mind the bus ride. there are also paid shuttles from other areas.

now for the important part: what to avoid. DO NOT try to find street parking in the neighborhoods right around the stadium, especially the southside area. it's a mess of permit-only spots and no parking zones, and they are not shy about towing cars on gameday. they will tow you for parking too close to a stop sign or a fire hydrant. traffic gets really bad about four hours before kickoff. try to avoid wellborn road and george bush drive at all costs, they become parking lots. the university has an app called "Destination Aggieland" that has live traffic updates and shuttle maps which is super helpful.

road closures around the stadium start about 4.5 hours before the game, so plan to get into town well before that. if you're driving in, fm 2818 is usually a better way to get to the west campus area than the main roads.

no matter what you do, get to college station early, have a plan, and then have a backup plan. pack your patience because it's going to be crowded.

hope this helps and looking forward to the game! gig 'em.
