The "Your pharmacist has a question" app messages are driving me nuts! Is this a CVS-wide thing, or just my pharmacist?

I try my very best to keep up with my health. I take every medication as prescribed, and tell each prescriber about the other medications I'm taking so they're aware of possible interactions. However, for the past 3-4 months, I haven't been able to fill a prescription at my local CVS without being told "Your pharmacist has a question."

I respect the role of a pharmacist in my overall health and wellbeing, but this is just too much. I work crazy hours and often have to send my husband to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, or, if I happen to get busy at work and miss the app notification, the pharmacy doesn't fill the prescription.

Is this a new thing that's been rolled out nationwide, or is it my specific pharmacist? I miss being able to easily say "No" at the pickup window when asked if I have any questions. If it's my pharmacist, I'm going to seriously consider changing locations. I'm barely able to squeeze doctor appointments into my schedule, let alone deal with the persistent back-and-forth if that doctor prescribes anything.
