Including Non Attenders

Unfortunately it's looking like a close family member who I was desperate to be at our wedding won't be able to attend.

Both us and her are upset/disappointed by it (not her fault, those emotions aren't aimed at her) but I'm trying to think of ways to be able to make her feel included, wondering if anyone had any out of the box ideas they did!
