Birth - 8 weeks

FTM, EBF 7.5 week old was relatively easy the first 4 weeks. She used to sleep in an inclined lounger in her bassinet with no problem waking up 2-3 hrs for feeds at night and would even take naps during the day there sometimes. Then around 5 weeks things started to change, she became very difficult to put down in that set up, so I moved the inclined lounger in my bed and let her sleep next to me so I could get some sleep, but even then I have to try multiple times until it works and keep contact with her (minimal sleep for me because I'm very sensitive to her breathing and movement) Daytime naps are currently ALL contact naps and it's draining me. I can't shower, hardly have time to eat, just no personal time at all if she's sleeping. I tried the carrier and IMO it's just as restrictive, we both get hot (when I take her out there's a sweat stain on her) and it hurts my back so I just rather sit/lay down and have her on my chest. Sometimes I practice putting her in the bassinet for a nap during the day but around 40 mins maximum she starts stirring and eventually wakes up very fussy so I go back on the yoga ball and get her to continue her nap on me if possible as I don't want her to get overtired. (The fastest and most effective way to get her to sleep is bouncing on the yoga ball) How do I improve our situation I am honestly lost with all the information online. I would like her to sleep in her bassinet at least at night. Yesterday she did 8:30pm-3am with contact. I'm worried I'm gonna be stuck in that situation until she's old enough. Now we have grandma taking the shift from 8pm-until 3-4am (1-2 wakes) because she can actually sleep next to her. Should I work with a sleep trainer? Or is this a temporary phase and she will eventually learn to sleep on her own? Am I giving her bad habits? How does that work? Please help!
