Google Ads for independent restaurant - benchmarks?

Hi! I'm running a campaign with a $1000/mo budget. It's on performance max set to our zip code and some other select zip codes next to / nearby us. It's been running for almost two years and have made continuous tweaks. Results of steadily grown (we also saw steady revenue growth starting 3-4 months afterwards and continues - there were some other circumstances earlier this year that make it hard to tell what has been the growth from google ads since then), but I really have no idea what benchmarks should be. Any thoughts? Here are last months results
