Shoe recommendations?

I’m about to start a job as a nurse assistant in the hospital, which involve 12 hours shifts three times a week overnight. I’m also flat footed so I wanna find a pair of shoes that hopefully aren’t too expensive and will do me right. If anyone has any good recommendations that would be greatly appreciated 🙏 I was looking into some new balances but tbh i’m scared of getting something stupid so idk.
