How much to sell my 2001 Honda CR-V EX?

Hi! Hopefully I'm in the correct Reddit group to ask this question.

I have a white 2001 Honda CR-V EX that when inspected by a automotive specialist they found a list of things that need to be fixed.

The issues are:

DISC ROTOR - Remove & Replace - Front,Both

BATTERY - Remove & Replace

OIL LEAK - inspection

VALVE COVER GASKET - Remove & Replace

OIL PAN &/OR GASKET - Remove & Replace - Lower

VARIABLE VALVE TIMING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH - Remove & Replace

(Also, a deer hit the drivers side door last year)

We just sold a beater Audi to a mechanic who fixes up cars in his spare time (probably flips them) and now he's interested in purchasing my Honda. I'm just interested in knowing what asking price I should tell him and what the car is worth. Thank you for your time and hopefully one of ya'll can help me. Note: the car has brand new all seasons tires
