Work Laptop Request, Czechia, 1200 EUR budget

Hello, I'm looking for a laptop for school and work. I mostly code websites with PhpStorm, sometimes use Rider and am learning C++ with CLion. I also use Unreal but I would be streaming that from my desktop. I want to have good battery life so it could last me the entire school day ~4-8 hours if it can't do that I'm willing to buy a power bank if that's possible. Also I don't want it to be loud.

I want at least 512 GB of storage and if possible 32 GB of RAM.
