Lumimeds to Pomegranate Help

I started tirz with Lumi, but now want to get the Pomegranate deal. Just wanted to have my ducks in a row before paying the $75 fee. I’m not sure what my dose prescription was for Lumi and I know they want that. All it shows is I got a 2 month supply. It was supposed to be the 2 vials of 75mg for $499, but all I got was the one vial. Anyways, the math ain’t mathing. We are all just trying to get the most med for our buck. Is that limited info enough to prove my dose or where can I find on Lumi website? What do I put for Pomegranate dose? I’m looking at the 8mg + vials. What the heck am I doing here, if anyone can help?!
