Anyone tried changing their appearance with no luck?

i guess when you're as ugly and disfigured as i am nothing will work. when i was skinny and had a fairly big butt i got 0 attention. when i had platinum blonde hair i had 0 attention. when i was on accutane and my pimples weren't as bad as they are now i got 0 attention. i guess when you're a 0/10 theres not much you can do
