In England, if your arrested even if your charge is dismissed it appears on an enhanced DBS. If one is arrested / charged this can impact on being hired by the nhs. How likely is it that commiting section 12 Subsection 3 of the terrorism act 2000 will impede / stop you from being hireable?
I know a young man my age was arrested yesterday under this section for " attending a zoom meeting supporting or encouraging support for a proscribed for prohibited group" (One which is anti genocide)
And as I work for the nhs I am very worried about my future and legal ability to protest, view, discuss or listen to any group which the government can arbitrarily list as such.
