Partnered LLC - Divorce

Is it enforceable to have spouses sign a legal agreement in advance of setting up a partnered LLC that they would be due no more than half of funds that partner has in the business at the time of divorce?

Basically, is there a way to protect the non divorcing partner’s funds from the other’s divorce settlement?
