Help finding a software for us

Hi there, so I work for a small business that primarily does classes daily, party bookings, handmade items with a small shopping area. We need a software that isnt square to manage class reservations with limited seats available, inventory for store items, inventory for production items, payroll for employees, email and text marketing, barcodes, has a pos system we can set up and allows us to manage everything from one dashboard really. My boss and I were leaning towards shopify but that will be $1000 change over from square.

Square doesnt have all the features we need and seems to only mess with us more than actually help so any suggestions would be appreciated! I've seem Boulevard too but that seems like its more for individual appointments and not class reservations for seats.
